Beijing, September 14, 2022 - Ringbio is pleased to announce the availability of the KangarooSci microbial count plate series. These specially designed products are based on dehydrated culture medium to culture the food bacteria and then to enumerate the colonies, which are easy to use, simple to operate. The enumeration can also be done by eye directly.
The advantage of kangaroosci food microbial count plate
Compared with traditional petri dish, this method is more applicable and time saving. In general, the test time can be reduced 50%-80%. Take the mould and yeast enumeration in food samples, the classic method will take more than 3-6 days to get the results, while the current KangarooSci count plate only need 36-48h for heated food samples. The cost per sample is also considerably reduced.
The kangaroosci microbial count plate is in fact designed and developed based on the classic ISO methods, on which the composition of the culture medium is optimized to give better growth and better result determination. In certain products, extra enzyme is added and will change the color of certain substrate after the 24h culture. This will help the food chemist and lab technicians to determine whether the food sample is contaminated or not in relatively shorter time.
