Canine Distemper, Parainfluenza, Adenovirus type 2 & Bordetella bronchiseptica Real-time PCR Test Kit is to detect CDV, CPIV, CAV-2 and BB nucleic acid in canine oropharynx, nasopharyngeal and eye swab sample.

Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) is a Lentivirus that affects cats worldwide, with 2.5% to 4.4% of felines being infected. FIV compromises the immune system of cats by infecting many cell types. FIV can be tolerated well by cats, but can eventually lead to debilitation of the immune system in its feline hosts by the infection and exhaustion of T-helper (CD4+) cells.

Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) is a retrovirus that infects cats. FeLV can be transmitted from infected cats when the transfer of saliva or nasal secretions is involved. If not defeated by the animal's immune system, the virus weakens the cat's immune system which can lead to diseases which can be lethal.

Bartonella henselae, formerly Rochalimæa henselae, is a bacterium that is the causative agent of cat-scratch disease.

The haemoplasmas are haemotropic mycoplasmas, bacteria that parasitize red blood cells and can induce haemolytic anaemia. They are currently classified within the genus Mycoplasma in the Mycoplasmataceae family of bacteria.

This kit uses fluorescence probe PCR (RT-PCR) method to detect the deserved gene of CIV, FeLV, Bartonella henselae and Hemoplasmas (Universal) which is helpful for diagnosis, monitoring and epidemiological investigation of CIV, FeLV, Bartonella henselae and Hemoplasmas (Universal).
