African Swine Fever Antigen ASFV Real-time PCR Kit can detect ASFV in serum, blood, plasma, tissue & environmental samples. Result in 40min. Sensitivity 100%, Specificity 100%, GMP certified.

African swine fever (ASF) is a severe viral disease affecting domestic and wild pigs; More recently (since 2007) the disease has been reported in multiple countries across Africa, Asia and Europe, in both domestic and wild pigs. In 2018 and 2019, ASFV is spreading quickly to Asia, Southeast Asia. In countries like China, Vietnam, etc now ASFV are becoming a big threat to local animal farming.

This kit uses fluorescence probe PCR (Real-time qPCR) method to detect ASFV, realized the qualitatively or semi-quantitatively detection of ASFV nucleic acid through real-time monitoring of fluorescence signal changes in the PCR process, this method is rapid and accurate, which is helpful for diagnosis, monitoring and epidemiological investigation of ASF.
