Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is a virus that causes a disease of pigs, called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), also known as blue-ear pig disease. Performance of the PRRSV Antibody ELISA Kit

This kit utilizes recombinant nucleocapsid protein of PRRSV(protein N), based on which indirect ELISA or lateral flow immunoassay were further developed for laboratory testing purpose. According to a internal validation, this kit detects PRRSV antibody 100% specific and the sensitivity is over 95%. The total accuracy of this kit is over 95% when compared with IDEXX PRRS X3 Ab Test.
