このフモニシン定量迅速検査キットは、ラテラルフロー免疫測定法に基づいて飼料および穀物中のフモニシンを検出します。迅速で感度が高く、信頼性があります。検出限界は 500ug/kg です。
フモニシンは、穀類において病原菌、すなわちFusarium verticillioides、Fusarium proliferatumおよび関連種によって生成される二次代謝物です。15 種類を超えるフモニシン同族体が知られており、フモニシン A、B、C、および P として特徴付けられています。国際連合食糧農業機関 (FAO) と世界保健機関 (WHO) の合同調査により、オスのラットにおける腎毒性の有害作用が観察されなかったことに基づき、フモニシンの暫定最大耐容一日摂取量は 2 μg/kg 体重/日と設定されています。
