このオクラトキシン定量迅速検査キットは、ラテラルフロー免疫測定法に基づいており、米とトウモロコシのオクラトキシンを検出します。迅速で感度が高く、信頼性があります。検出限界は 10ug/kg です。
オクラトキシンは、一部の Aspergillus 種および一部の Penicillium 種、特に P. verrucosum によって生成されるマイコトキシンのグループです。オクラトキシン A はこのグループの中で最も一般的で重要な真菌毒素ですが、オクラトキシン B および C はそれほど重要ではありません。オクラトキシン A (OTA) は、このマイコトキシン グループの中で最も強力なメンバーです。OTA はヒトでの半減期が長いため、血清で簡単に検出されます。
