ゼアラレノン (ZEN) は、RAL および F-2 マイコトキシンとも呼ばれ、一部のフザリウムおよびジベレラ種によって生成される強力なエストロゲン代謝物です。ゼアラレノンは主要な毒素であり、特に豚において不妊、流産、その他の繁殖上の問題を引き起こします。ゼアラレノンは熱に安定しており、トウモロコシ、大麦、オート麦、小麦、米、モロコシなど、世界中の多くの穀物作物に含まれています。キットの検出限界は、適切に使用すれば、欧州および米国の MRL の両方を満たすことができます。
